Leaving waste stranded hasn't just been bad business—it's a debt the planet has been paying, and one we can finally start to settle.
CIRQLAR started with an uncomfortable question: why call it waste when it is carbon and hydrogen?
Every year, millions of tons of plastic and industrial waste are abandoned in landfills, on-site facilities, and across the environment. They don't just disappear: they pollute the soil, water, and air for decades.

And their most common fate is even worse. A large portion of this waste is burned illegally and uncontrollably—known as open burning—releasing toxic smoke, dioxins, and black carbon, a pollutant with a global warming potential hundreds of times greater than COâ‚‚. It is one of the most damaging and silent forms of pollution in the world.
For decades, no one harnessed this waste because there was no clean, profitable way to do so. We developed the technology to do exactly that—and with it, the proof that environmental impact and profitability can be one and the same.
