One fully integrated system. Waste goes in, clean heat comes out.
Both stages occur within a single modular unit, seamlessly connected with no intermediate steps. Waste enters one end, and a clean heat stream exits the other—ready to power CIRQLAR's processing lines.

THE TECHNOLOGY
Clean industrial heat.
Powered entirely by waste.
Energy costs and emissions have always been the bottleneck. Our technology eliminates both: delivering clean, high-temperature heat using the waste itself as the sole energy source—requiring zero external fuel and avoiding the emissions of traditional incineration.

We reclaim the energy used to create plastic.
Manufacturing plastic consumes gas and energy, bonding small molecules into long chains. We engineer the exact reverse process—breaking those chains back down into gas and releasing their stored energy. Plastic ceases to be waste and becomes fuel once again.

Waste is transformed into gas
We don't burn waste. We transform it into clean energy.
Control makes all the difference. Instead of direct, uncontrolled combustion, our two-stage process first converts waste into gas at moderate, tightly controlled temperatures. Then, this gas undergoes perfect combustion at high heat under precisely regulated conditions.

This level of control changes everything. Complete combustion leaves no partially formed pollutants behind—no smoke, no soot, no particulate matter. Just a clean stream of heat, ready to be harnessed.

THE PRINCIPLE

The core of our technology: a self-sustaining flame.
The gas requires no pre-treatment. It feeds directly into our combustion chamber, where at 1,400°C, everything breaks down completely.
The flame is permanently maintained at 1,400°C, consuming zero external fuel or energy. It is entirely self-sustaining, driven by precise control of operating conditions.
03
THE DISRUPTIVE FACTOR
This is not incineration.
Incineration burns waste. We don't. We transform it into gas and harness its energy through clean, controlled combustion. This isn't a better way to incinerate—it's a fundamentally different process.
While both processes release the energy stored in waste, they do so in radically different ways. The difference is pure physics. In incineration, solid material never burns entirely. In our process, what burns is a gas—and gas burns completely.

CLEAN HEAT STREAM GENERATED FROM THE COMBUSTION OF ELT-DERIVED GAS.
Under a high-turbulence regime at an extreme 1,400°C, emission behavior shifts radically compared to conventional incineration. The result is exceptionally clean emissions, eliminating the need for the expensive filtration systems that traditional incineration requires.

FROM HEAT TO PRODUCT
Heat is the medium. The product is the goal.
This clean heat powers CIRQLAR’s processing lines—closed-loop systems where environmental liabilities are transformed into high-value products. The exact same energy born from waste is what converts other environmental liabilities (or raw materials) into valuable assets.
It’s a perfect closed loop: the waste fuels its own transformation, leaving absolutely nothing behind.

Fossil carbon stays in the ground.
Carbon and hydrogen are the lifeblood of industrial energy—the exact same elements that make up natural gas. For decades, they have been trapped and wasted within waste streams: landfilled, abandoned, or flared with no energy recovery. Recovering them is the defining principle of CIRQLAR.

We don't promise zero emissions. Our true impact lies elsewhere.
Our process does emit some COâ‚‚—it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. But the real climate benefit isn't measured by what we emit; it's measured by the new fossil carbon the world no longer needs to extract from the earth thanks to our alternative.
THE FUEL ALREADY EXISTS
A captive waste stream, not a new fuel.
The plastic we use was manufactured years ago: its carbon was already extracted, its transport already occurred. It is a legacy liability, currently stranded on-site with no destination. And the alternative is worse: abandoned or burned without control, it releases black carbon, hundreds of times more potent than COâ‚‚. We intercept it beforehand, right at the source.
CARBON THAT STAYS UNDERGROUND
Every unit of energy generated is fossil fuel left in the ground.
Every unit of heat we generate from waste is one the facility no longer needs to source by burning new diesel, natural gas, or LPG. That fossil fuel is never extracted, never transported, and never reaches the atmosphere. That is the true benefit: carbon that remains underground.
A LIABILITY BECOMES AN ASSET
From disposal cost to energy and products.
What used to be a pure cost—paying for waste disposal—is transformed into energy that offsets purchased fuel. And part of the carbon isn't even burned: we recover it as premium carbon, biochar, and other solid products, where it remains stably sequestered.
The result isn't an impossible zero. It is something honest and better: we displace new fossil fuels, leaving them in the ground, eliminating the carbon footprint of extraction and transport, while capturing a portion of the carbon in useful products. Compared to incineration, landfilling, or continued extraction—there is simply no comparison.
